This double loop, sliding, and self stabilizing suture is a powerful tool for fracture reduction, provisional stabilization, and cerclage fixation. It has been used for proximal humerus fractures in tuberosity fixation, comminuted clavicle, forearm, and patella fractures, suture cerclage for provisional implant stabilization, and arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff, TFCC, and scapholunate ligament tears.
