Compassion is the key to my work as a death doula. As part of my preparation for the keynote address at the Compassionate Living and Dying Symposium which will be held in Sacramento on April 27, I asked a few people what they thought, including Joan Marie who is one of the founders of the Symposium. Everyone I spoke to highlighted the necessity of not making another's experience about oneself, which is a key component in walking alongside death. As with all things, as we pay attention to what is necessary to prepare for and support people through death, we can lead more rich and engaging lives. Where can you be more compassionate in your living?
Come chat with me about it in Sacramento! There will be a whole crew of engaging speakers, sharing circles, and body-based learning. We'll be holding a direct question and answer session and which will certainly engage, enliven, enrich, and energize, propelling us all towards a more graceful death. Visit [ Ссылка ]. Tickets are currently $85 and you can bring a friend for free. Lucky friend!
As always, thank you for giving me a minute of your life to think about the end of it 💜🙏
