Blocked fallopian tubes happen because of previous surgeries or previous pelvic inflammatory diseases or previous ectopic pregnancies. Blocking happens because of fibrosis within the fallopian tube. There is a tablet called serratiopeptidase and it might help in preventing scarring, fibrosis etc. whereas a blockage is a tell-tale evidence of fibrosis. So using serratiopeptidase when already the damage has been done would not help in opening the fallopian tubes. Blocked tubes themselves do not cause any harm, or a problem for the lady as far as her general lifestyle is considered. However if one is keen on getting pregnancy or conception, then blocked fallopian tubes can cause a hinderance.in such a case IVF is the only way of achieving the conception. Surgery may not be helpful in opening the fallopian tubes, when they are blocked secondary tube infection.
