There aren't many movies I hate, but Brightburn does make the list. This movie lacks any real subtlety and always wants to remind you just how ready it is to be edgy and different. Ironically, in doing so, it doesn't end up being very different at all. It's really just an average slasher film mixed with a bit of the mythos of Superman but none of the heart. #superman #movie #brightburn
