Menopause typically begins for a woman around her early 50's, but can start for some women years before that. We often hear about hot flashes or the absence of or inconsistency in her menstrual. However, there are other symptoms that are not discussed or possibly even known and the topic seems to not come up often enough for you to understand what's going on in your body. As women approach or find themselves in the "menopause window", we wanted to discuss what our bodies have been telling us and connect with other women who could relate, could shine a light on what's going on, or simply let us know that we are not going crazy. ; )
