Sawasdee Krab, Drinks Tube! Your Cocktail Star Dheeradon is back with another inventive Thai twist on a classic cocktail - and this time he's tackling that savoury heavyweight, the Bloody Mary. Inspired by a tom yum soup, this refreshing cocktail is sure to surprise and delight your tastebuds. Created in partnership with Bacardi.
Dheeradon's recipe is a combination of classic Bloody Mary ingredients and some special Thai flavours too. You'll need Grey Goose vodka, good quality tomato juice (ideally made with plum tomatoes pushed through a sieve), lemongrass, galangal, lime, chilli flakes and a tiny dash of fish sauce. Serve over ice and garnish with lemongrass and a kaffir lime leaf. Jazz up your next brunch with this Thai Bloody Mary and make sure you let us know what you think of it!
