Skull & Bones open beta just dropped from Ubisoft and I'm going to go through a ton of different things to help show you the gameplay and walk you through what to expect if you are going to get this game. Is it the best pirate game to date? I don't know yet. I'm still deciding. But it definitely has some Black Flag vibes in it and that was my favorite open-world pirate game for a long time. In this comprehensive breakdown you will definitely get a feel for what it's like on both land and sea. There is a ton of trading, hunting, gathering, crafting, buying, selling, and of course, ship battling. There are also contracts you can get and a ton of different missions. It's pretty fun if you link up with a friend as well, which I'll show a little bit of in the next video, since this is technically a multiplayer experience. But I'm still learning about the PVP events and what is PVP and what is PVE. Most of it seems to be PVE. Overall, the graphics are pretty incredible too, and I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like when I get a new computer soon. I also noticed the sea shanties are right from Black Flag! BUT, after thinking about this game over the last few days, I think I'm going to have to pass for now. The lack of major things like not using your character on the ship and being able to shoot a gun, etc. is a huge loss for me. I would, however, like to try this game out with minimal HUD in the future to see how that is.
