This workout was inspired by being sedentary due to holidays, getting sick and just plain ole busyness where easing into a workout not too hard and not too long is in order. The movement transitions smoothly into each exercise warming up all the major muscle groups while focusing on increased flexibility and deep abdominal connection. Finish the full body workout with a short, Yoga based flow to receive an inner sense of gratitude.
