This video will show you how to change the dome on a Phonak receiver-in-the-ear hearing aid. If you have a Phonak hearing aid that uses a soft rubber cap on the end that goes in your ear this video is for you.

Step 1: Remove the dome from the hearing aid by pulling straight off from the underside of the dome.

Step 2: Get a new dome and line up the circle in the middle of the underside of the dome and push that straight on the end of the receiver. Please not, if you are going at an angle or do not have the circle of the dome lined up with the end of the receiver it may not pop into place.

Step 3: Once you have the new dome in place, use your finger to push on the top of the dome to make sure it is on all the way and is secure before putting the hearing aid back in your ear.
