This 25-minute Yoga practice focuses on the hips, probably the most common source of tension or soreness in the body. If your hips are tight, this practice will help open them, freeing your body for easier movement during the day. For severe or chronic pain, please consult your healthcare provider for treatment options. I've selected the poses in this practice very intentionally, to help lengthen the muscles and other tissues that hold the bones together at the hip joints and that are used in working through a normal range of motion of the bones in those joints. You will find both dynamic and static stretches here, along with poses that allow movement through the whole range of motion possible in the hips. I deeply value your feedback.
