In this video, I demonstrate how to use a Gordak 853 preheater to replace bid chips like CPU or processor, chipset, Embedded control, etc. on the laptop motherboard.
Replacing BGA chips on a laptop motherboard is a great skill however there are still easier ways with the right tools, and a preheater is definitely one of them.
The motherboard in this video is of an Asus laptop that I fixed recently unfortunately the customer short its chipset with a Toshiba charger which made it quite difficult to repair.
