Ingredients:
3 cups of full cream milk powder
300 ml of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of Rose Essence
1 teaspoon of unsalted butter
Few almond strip soak in green food color and let dry
A bit of red food colour dissolve in water
Preparation
Heat non-stick pan over low heat. Add butter, condensed milk let cook for 2 minutes.
Add milk powder stir constantly cook until the raw flavour gone and becomes together like dough remove from heat let cool for 10 minutes.
Foam small balls use finger tips to create a dense in the middle to fit the almond on each one. Use a clean brush and brush the barfi around the edges.
