In the late 60's and early 70's, Nabisco created the character of Mort Meek / Cookie Man. This character appeared in comics on the product bags as well as in a series of commercials. At least as far as this commercial goes, the comparison to the Batman TV series of the late 60's is obvious.

The Man Your Man Could Smell Like (Old Spice) - a brilliant commercial from 10 years ago. The only CGI bit is the diamonds - the rest is done with traditional special effects (there's a good making-of video available.)

Got Milk? Aaron Burr - the 90's "Got Milk?" campaign had a number of excellent installments. The child of the 70's in me was really pushing for the one with the Trix Rabbit, but Alexander Hamilton has been my favorite founding father since I was in high school.
