A group of guests at Shanghai Disneyland stole a cast members balloons. But is such crowd behavior exclusive to China? We've all videos of shoppers at Black Friday sales in the U.S. Or is this behavior simply a part of the human condition?

I discuss how guests were able to wrangle balloons away from a cast member at Shanghai Disneyland, the cultural context within which such behavior is seen, the reason why we tend to see negative park behavior by guests at Shanghai Disneyland and ask the question, what would you do when confronted with such a situation?
