This is everything I eat in a day to maintain my 35+ pound weightloss without counting calories. It's called a 'Low Calorie Density' - and is very similar to the Starch Solution, Ultimate Weight Loss by Chef AJ, and the McDougall Diet. The most important thing to keep in mind is to eliminate all higher fat foods like oil, nut butter, tahini, packaged and processed foods that are densely packed with calories. Instead, fill your plate with fruit, vegetables, wet starches like baked potatoes, rice, barley, quinoa, millet, etc, and beans and legumes!
