Made a Trip to Hackberry Louisiana for some awesome Speckled Trout and Red fishing with my friends Brett Griffith and Kalem Romero. We arrived at the Trout Mouth Charters lodge in the afternoon and boiled some of the biggest crabs I have ever seen , they were so full and delicious.The next morning we got an early start and made our way out to the beach. The bite was hot and heavy , catching one after another on She Dog and Top Dog topwater baits. We were done by 8.30am with 30 trout and four reds.
After we cleaned the fish I headed up to the hunting camp to do some pig trapping.I fried the trout, shrimp, onion rings, hush puppies and french fries and also made an sauce piquante with trout and shrimp.Hope you guys enjoyed it. Thanks for watching
