Start of a whole new game style in the playstation Hugo series. Its gone all 3D (In fact it is also called Hugo 3D on the pc). The game is presented in the Hardware aspect of 512x512 so you may want to force the video into 4:3 if you want TV aspect. From this point on, all the Hugo games are rendered this way.

The game is now more like a platformer where you wander around a map, dodging obstacle and picking up diamonds with the occasional jumping section. It is still a story driven game with fmv sequences shown between levels. There is no more fail fmv sequences to show. There is one 3D first person view level later in the game where you have to guide a mine cart. -
