I’ve been craving some good Louisiana-style Cajun comfort food lately, and I’ve also been wanting to try out some new griddle recipes that I’ve never made before… so we decided to do dirty rice on the griddle! This dirty rice recipe is pretty close to authentic, except we added in a TON of meat and vegetables - and yes, we added the traditional finely chopped chicken livers, too!

Even my wife, who absolutely loathes chicken livers, ate a whole bowl of this herself - it’s that good!
