100% of the factory Sonybond corrosive glue was removed from several areas of the board, top and bottom... Installed the AD-203 stinger board and 10 turn unlocked clarifier pot...3 1/2 watt dead key swings to 110 watts on AM and SSB...
Full re-cap, stinger board power leads upgraded to 10 gauge wire, new voltage regs, blue ch display, s-meter led is white on rx and turns red on tx, polarity protection diode and extra noise filter on the power jack coming into the radio
The AD-203 mounting screw holes were drilled and tapped into the heat sink using the factory speaker holes in the cover so there is no extra holes drilled into the covers...
