In today's video we are cleaning the carbon deposits on the intake valves of my 2007 Audi A6 4.2 V8. I picked this car up for $1800 due to an oil leak and a transmission issue. When I was replacing the oil pressure sensor, I noticed all the carbon build up, so it was time to clean it!
I'll be showing you guys' step by step how I remove the carbon deposits with a cheap walnut blaster from Harbor Freight and a few simple tools. There are several ways to do this job, but for the price of everything, this is one of the cheapest and best methods I have found.
