Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Black mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Dry red chillies - 2
Curry leaves - 7-8
Skinned black gram lentil (Dhuli urad) - 1 tsp
Bengal gram lentil (Chana daal) - 1 tsp
Green chilli (chopped) - 2
Beetroot (Large sized) (Granted) - 2
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp (optional)
Freshly grated coconut - 2 tbsp
