Great check in experience - 90% of recent guests gave the check in process a 5-star rating. This is one of a few places in the area that has a bath tub.

Green Areca Villa is a fully equipped resort with the best service quality. Especially, as it is located in the countryside in Vietnam. Tourists can come here to relax and experience real life of locals.

Particularly, you can meet and communicate with friendly local people, or you can see farmers seeding their rice paddies, following their buffaloes. (There is a rice paddy beside the property.) The city centre is about 4 or 5 km away from the villa, and 2 km to Cua Dai beach.

Also, it is 26 km from the Da Nang international airport. Airport shuttle taxi service is available for tourists.

The villa is sufficiently equipped so as to make guests most comfortable. Each room has a T.V, a fridge, an air conditioner and a comfortable sofa. Each individual bathroom is equipped with a modern bath tub and a shower. Towels are supplied in order to make guests feel at home.

A really great place to stay for visiting Hoi An. It is a short taxi ride from old town Hoi An. The pool is a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The food is incredible, we ate breakfast and dinner here a couple times and it is really good and affordable.

One of our favourite stays in Vietnam! The service is amazing, delicious breakfast, (get the banana pancake), and beautiful pool to chill out around. Worth getting a motorbike, which can be sorted out for you by the front desk.
