This Creamy Egg and Tuna Salad is perfect for meal prep and quick lunches throughout the week. You can serve it up in a variety of different ways: in between sandwich bread with sliced tomato and cheese, in a wrap, in lettuce wraps, with crackers, on top of cucumber slices or stuffed into bell peppers or tomatoes. Either way, it's filling, delicious, light and refreshing.
This Tuna Salad with Eggs is perfect for quick and easy meals, especially in the hot Summer months when you can't be bothered to turn on the stove. It keeps about 5 days in the fridge (if it even lasts that long!) and is great for snacking or picnics. You only need a few simple fresh and wholesome ingredients to get started and then you're going to want to make it again and again. I like using Albacore tuna packed in water (drained) for this recipe but you can use whatever kind of tuna you have on hand or prefer. The hard boiled eggs pair perfectly with it and make this salad filling and delicious! #cannedtuna #cannedtunarecipe #tunasalad #tuna #saladrecipe #easyrecipe #lunchideas
