1 Medium Size Onion
2 Tomatoes
4 - 5 Table Spoons of Cooking Oil
Handful of Fresh Cilantro (Dhania)
1 - 2 Green Chilies
2 Eggs


Serving: 2 - 3 Persons, Usually served with parathas (Sauteed Flat Bread) or with bread.
