The Rimrock Bottom Pour Ladle fills from underneath, accessing pure metal while all impurities remain at the top. Originally for aluminum foundry applications, the multi-pour feature is available on ABB or FANUC industrial robot platforms. Metal level probes or contactless laser level sensor are used to determine cup position in the furnace. Rimrock delivers individual components, EOAT assemblies or complete turnkey automation cells with RIA certified integration.
