This is a video about willful v. accidential conduct as we see applied to police, court reporters and everyday folks.
A red Telsa plowed through a music store in Los Gatos. No students or staff were injured but driver error distrupted lives, income and businesses. Everyday members of law enforcement and public employees make errors a judge will commonly refer to as " harmless error" or mistake. But when those mistakes are assisted by county attorneys or elected officials such as the Sheriff or District Attorney the impact is more than we often see in legacy or social media.
Attributions to @NBCBayArea reporters who came to the Tesla story and #sanjoaquinvalleytransparency for picking up the " clean record" article published in the @SFChronicle . These are complex issues that require coverage in traditional and social media.
