HEAVY & LIGHT is a night of songs, conversation and hope. HEAVY & LIGHT is not a benefit show, but an attempt to move people and let them know it’s OK to be honest and to ask for help. This message is shared onstage not only through music, but also through the powerful words of mental health counselors, TWLOHA representatives, and inspiring speakers.
This year's event included performances by Jon Foreman (of Switchfoot), Anthony Raneri (of Bayside), Dessa, SWIMM, and spoken word poet Anis Mojgani. Speakers included Morgan Harper Nichols and Jamie Grace, TWLOHA founder Jamie Tworkowski, and licensed mental health professionals Aaron Moore and Stephan Monteserin.
