The Goldbergs are a loving 80s family like any other, just with a lot more yelling. Mom Beverly (Wendi McClendon-Covey, Bridesmaids) is a classic "smother" while Dad Murray (Jeff Garlin, Curb Your Enthusiasm) is a gruff, hot-tempered father. As the youngest of three kids, Adam is a camera-wielding future director who's crushing on an older woman and getting schooled in the ways of love by a shameless Don Juan of a grandfather, 'Pops' (George Segal, Just Shoot Me).
