Monkey Shoulder is a blended whisky from Speyside in Scotland, owned by William Grants and been the funkiest whisky brand out there. They've helped us out a lot in the past and have mentored many bartenders across the world.

To make the Monkey Shoulder Teriyaki Sauce:
230ml Pineapple Juice
60ml Teriyaki Sauce
25ml Soy Sauce
50ml Smokey Monkey Whisky
300g Brown Sugar
1/2 Lemon Juice
Half Onion (Diced)
1 Garlic (Finely Diced)

The Pump Room is a homemade bar built by the unique and unusual Cressy. She is known throughout the London and UK cocktail scene but with bars closed during the 2020 Lockdown there was no where to go. No where to pour drinks, connect with customers and rock out on the bar top to Britney & KISS.
