On January 14, Penn Law hosted a faculty panel titled “The Civil Rights Act of 1964 at 50: Looking Back and Looking Ahead.” The panel is part of a series of events that had started in October, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the landmark legislation. The panel was moderated by Professor Ted Ruger, and the panelists included Interim Dean Wendell Pritchett and Professors Sophia Lee, Serena Mayeri, and Tobias Wolff.
