This happens pretty often, especially in a Seller's Market. You planned to Sell your House and then you have this friend of a friend/co-work/neighbor that heard you may be selling. They want dibs so they can save everyone on fees, not compete, and all of those other perks of Buying Off Market. You may or may not have already called your Realtor® but now you feel weird and don't know what to do, or what your house is worth, or what it should cost?!?!?!

Yes, you can do it on your own and save some money. Often times, this can work out fine and VERY often, in a Seller's Market, this is stepping over DOLLARS to pick up a Dime. If that's your goal, then you do you, and you may want to check out my FSBO series for some watch outs.

For those that want help but are open to selling to that person off-market, don't be afraid, just CALL US. You can still save a bunch of those fees AND get some help to get the deal done. You can still Sell your house to a friend AND get help to make sure everything gets done correctly.
