A Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) is a type of Medicare Advantage plan that is specifically designed for people who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. D-SNPs offer all of the standard Medicare benefits, as well as additional benefits and services that are tailored to the needs of dually eligible individuals.

To be eligible for a D-SNP, you must be enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid. You must also live in a state where D-SNPs are offered.
