To unlock the Returnal secret ending you need to:
#1 Go to the house each time you find it to see all the cutscenes (5 times)
#2 Collect all Sunface Fragments (1 in each biome)
#3 Go to the house one last time. You will get a key after the cutscene
#4 Finish act 2 (defeat the last boss Ophion)
#5 Use the key on the car after the boss
