Recipe Ingredients:
1. Cook Rice Preparation :
Water - 5 or 6 cups
Bay leafs - 2 no’s
Clove / laung - 2 no’s
Salt - 1 Tsp
Rinsed Basmati Rice - 1 Cup (250 grams)

2. Paneer Biryani recipe
Oil - 1/3 cup
Paneer cubes - 200 grams
Shredded cabbage - 1 cup (150 grams)
Ginger - 2 inch
Green chilli - 2no’s
Finely chopped tomato - 1no’s
Homemade Biryani masala - 2 Tsp

Red chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 Tsp
Cauliflower florets - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Green beans - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Curd / dahi - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Add partly cooked rice
Add fried panner cubes
Sprinkle biryani masala
Salt - 1/2 Tsp (Add in gravy)
Mint leaves - 3 or 4
Coriander leaves
Kesar milk - 1/4 cup
Ghee / Clarified butter - 2 Tbsp
