If a radiologist is reading from hospital A and hospital B, he can have a list called Hospital A and Hospital B. This allows him to structure his list the way he wants to see it so that the studies flow through to him directly, only the studies he's reading, not other studies from other hospitals, and all of the studies he's reading will flow to his list directly.
