This is probably my fastest Egomaniacs clear. Very cool TK. Anyways, onto the real strategy. Burst down Vaal in one rotation and hope your stun works on him. Dragon's stun wasnt necessary but due to the fact that my Power Shots didn't crit much, I had to use it. Grind Xan down to like 5.5k HP and then start your burst rotation. Stun him in the beginning of the rotation and quickly kill him.
Stats: 200 INT/END 45 WIS
Dragon's Stats: 200 Protection 200 Fighting 199 Assistance 1 Mischief

1. Exalted Apotheosis (slotted Vile Infused Rose)
2. Wings of 1k Flames/Elpis
3. Ancient DragonLord Helm III/Vilmor's Helm III
4. Defender's Dragon Ring XXXII
5. Defender's Dragon Necklace XXXV
6. Grimoire of the Lich III
7. Elemental Unity Defender XV
8. Legion Bracer (any of the Epoch bracers work)
2 HP potions used.
