This 30 min OXYGEN Bodyweight HIIT Workout | Intense Cardio HIIT | No Repeat | Sweat-fest, consists of 10 sets of 4 movements. We will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between, and a 20-second rest after each set.
This is a HIIT workout with lots of jumping and squats, so it’s NOT knee-friendly, apartment-friendly, however, it’s perfect for those who want to challenge themselves and push their limits!
