🤔 How do I want to feel?
In this session we will have the opportunity to sit with our emotions and understand our feelings, prioritizing them as much as our daily responsibilities. We will contemplate not just what we want to manifest materially but also navigate into the underlying emotions that drive these desires—how we want to feel, and why these feelings are crucial to finding genuine contentment.
By the end of this session, you will have a clearer understanding of how your emotional desires are important to align with what you want to manifest in your life, and create a life of joy and fulfilment.
Prepare for the Class:
Notebook: Prepare a page in your notebook and divide it into four categories. For each category, write down at least three feeling or sensation that you desire to feel. Observe if you feel particularly drawn to one category and eventually check if correspond with the previous list done during the second class "What do I want?"

Class Structure:
Svadhistana Stimulation Kriya: Today's practice we will stimulate Svadhistana Chakra, in a way to connect with our feeling and discover how we want to FEEL in our life, to help us aline with our centre and Dharma.
Self-Inquiry: After the meditation, use your notebook to write down your feeling, while you are explore, and align your desires with your true self to facilitate a smoother flow of energy and manifestation in your life.
