Ingredients (4 persons):
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted farm butter
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
salty
3 cloves of garlic
4 cm ginger
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp curry powder
1 tomato
250 grams of mango
200 ml chicken stock
300 ml coconut milk
32 Shrimp
chili flakes
Directions:
1. Make the sauce: Put the olive oil and butter in a pan. Add the onion and red bell pepper, season with a pinch of salt and fry for 2 minutes over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic, ginger and herbs. After 2 minutes, add the tomato and mango and a little later the stock and coconut milk. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Mix the sauce and then add the Shrimp. Add 1 tablespoon of butter for flavor. After 5 minutes the Shrimp are done.
4. Serve with pasta or rice and finish with chili flakes.
