Can I beat a Pokemon Hardcore Nuzlocke challenge in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire using only Shiny pokemon?

Nuzlocke rules:
Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed
Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)

Hardcore Rules:
No items in battle (only held)
No overleveling past the next gym leader

Nickname all Pokemon
