Hey guys! In this video, I demonstrate the exercises/progressions you can do to get your first ring dip.
Ring dips are not so easy and you need a lot of core as well as shoulder stability to get it done. Hope you find this video useful to get your first ring dip.
Things you need to do a ring dip:
1) Pushups: You should be able to do at least 8-10 pushups in order for you to even think of doing a ring dip.
2) Resistance Band: I have bought mine from Amazon. Link is below:

I have used my pullup bar to hang the rings. Have bought my bar from Decathlon.
