YES! You can absolutely still enjoy cheese, milk, coffee creamer, ice cream, yogurt, and more while having a plant based / vegan diet. Same goes for all my lactose intolerant folks out there! Good news - this is for you too! Here I share some of my favorite alternatives for dairy related products that taste good, have healthier more cruelty free ingredients and can be found at some local grocery stores near you (hopefully you don't live in the middle of no where - just sayin, lol).
