*NOTE: Just please adjust your ingredients according to the quantity of the viand (ulam) you are going to cook :D
*NOTE: When you boil, you must turn the heat into HIGH setting first. When it starts to boil, adjust it into the said/specific level of heat. :D
Here are the ingredients for today's ulam:
Cooking oil
6 cloves of Garlic, minced.
1 Medium onion, minced.
2 Ripe Tomatoes, minced.
1/2 cup of Fish Sauce (patis), to taste.
Natural Tamarind broth (1/4 kilo of Sampaloc)
[NOTE: We failed to include this in the video but here's what you must do: Boil the tamarind with water, wait for it to get tender then mash it to get the broth. Thank you.]
1 tali of String Beans (sitaw), chopped.
1/4 kilo of Taro (gabi), chopped.
1 Medium Radish (labanos), chopped.
1 tali of Winged Beans (sigarilyas), chopped.
Green Chilis (siling pang-sigang)
1 tali of Water Spinach (kangkong)
1 kilo of Pork Tenderloin (kasim), cleaned and chopped.
