The new Spring/Summer Collection 2022 by rebekka ruétz celebrates human
optimism and playful creativity. She focuses on adapting and repurposing. She emphasizes a warm and sunny mood.
Because despite all circumstances, we strive for joy and improvement. Joyful and full of creativity, we throw ourselves into new beginnings and empathically reach out to others, allowing us to create something new out of the old to enjoy it again. This converted nostalgia and creative spontaneity result in an expressive and individual collection full of life.
Inspired by the visually powerful and lively impressions of the Zillertal, which are reflected in the specially made fabric prints, the designer underlines this attitude to life. It combines images of a powerful sunset over the mountains with the tranquility of tree bark. Prints of eternally old stones are joined with the transience of the last sun rays in the deciduous forest. And above all the bright blue sky, which is always considered the epitome of optimism.
With this elaborate combination, the collection leaves a feeling of: „Life is beautiful“.
