Reflections on 30 years of Yogi Bhajan tantric & kundalini yoga at "Summer Solstice Sadhana"

There is very important info in a recorded 1980 Yogi Bhajan informal talk which supports the claim that YB lied about his tantric & kundalini yoga lineage. At one point YB says, “First takt Raj Yog was established by Raja Janak. And after that the second man who celebrated the kingdom of it was Lord Krishna. In between it carried on and then finally when it appeared in Kalyug and that is the house of Guru Ramdas.”

Student: Takth Raj Yog ha. You mentioned that Krishna was the second and then...
YB: Ask Jasbeer to take it out or ask Bhai Sahib or Bhai Sahiba this is spiritual matter.

YB: Ah..

YB: Without this body of the yogic power and skill man is just a ordinary animal. Lives in the impulsation of time and space. Without uniting with the infinity I don't think there is anything else, otherwise some of the people who have left 3HO or Sikh Dharma are those who used to read five banis, used to wear almost two pounds of more steel than ordinary persons. I have seen those people some of them wearing totally blue. I have seen them getting Amrit Vela, taking bath even washing their hair. But the only thing they did do is, they didn't do kundalini yoga (Kundalini Comes from the word "kundal"; coiled energy; the creative potential of an individual. Kundalini Yoga It is a Raaj Yoga that creates vitality in the body, balance in the mind, and openness to the spirit. It is used by the householder, busy in the world, to create immediate clarity. The fourth Guru in the Sikh tradition, Guru Ram Das, was acknowledged as the greatest Raaj Yogi. (See Raaj Yogi.) He opened this long secret tradition to all.) And all of you who have left are suffering one way or the other.
