Nime Chow is one of my favorite appetizer dishes. I featured my mom in this because she is the professional here LOL. I hope you enjoy xx
Ingredients (Nime Chow):
-Rice Paper (Three Ladies Brand)
-Rice Vermicelli Noodles (Three Ladies Brand)
-Sliced boiled shrimp
-Sliced boil pork belly
-Sesame Oil (or any oil tbh)
-Mint leaves
-Cilantro
-Beansprouts
-Lettuce
-Cucumber
Ingredients (Fish and Peanut Sauce):
-Sugar
-Water
-Fish sauce
-Crushed roasted peanuts
