New barn owl mum
This female barn owl was sitting on eggs that have yet to hatch. Look at her surprise when she sees that she has got chicks. This is a new barn owl mum and she is struggles to 'brood' her new young charges. But she soon gets the hang of it. When the male arrives on the scene he doesn't realise that the female has got brand new chicks. He tries to mate her but is quickly rebuffed and is sent packing!
