Join me for a walk along the south shore of Captree State Park and enjoy stunning views of the iconic fire island brige.. With seagulls overhead and the Blue Danube Waltz playing in the background we'll enjoy a little minibreak from the noise of everyday life.

Captree State Park is located in NY, south of Captree Island on the easternmost end of Ocean Parkway on Long Island. It overlooks the Fire Island Inlet and the westernmost section of Fire Island where Robert Moses State Park is located. (mouth-full of words, I know, but aiming for accuracy here.) :)

It's such a gorgeous place and I'm thrilled to be sharing it with you!!!!

Generally speaking, I like to record not only the sights but the sounds of the places I walk through - this keeps the experience as close to reality as possible with the goal of making the videos as immersive as possible.

Walking is such an important step (pun intended) that we can all take to better our health and well-being. I hope these videos inspire you to walk further and to walk often.
