These arcade fighting game clones are very similar to the original Mortal Kombat. Most used digitized sprites just like Mortal Kombat. These knockoff arcade games were released right after the release of Mortal Kombat to cash in on its popularity. Some of the knockoffs even have a similar iconic "Finish Him" move at the end of the match.
