Ingredients
400 g beef tenderloin
230 g porcini mushrooms
100g butter
Basil
Rosemary
Thyme
2 potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
20 ml balsamic vinegar
20 ml Worcestershire sauce
1 cloves garlic
Preparation
• To prepare the flavored butter, cut the rosemary, thyme, basil and garlic clove.
• Mix the butter with the chopped spices, place it in a plastic wrap and roll in a loge then refrigerate it.
• In a skillet pour olive oil and place the fillets. Cook until they have color but also have been slightly cooked inside.
• Add fresh chopped porcini and cook with the meat for a few minutes. Then add the balsamic vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
• Clean and cut two potatoes, place them in a pan with salt and add salt, thyme, oregano and parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes until they get golden color.
•Serve the meat and porcini with the baked potatoes and the fresh herbed butter.
